This photo was taken at the beginning of Milky Way season on March 13, 2018 at 3:30 am. The Milky Way had just cleared the horizon - the galactic center is visible to the left of the arch. An almost horizontal trail of the Galaxy stretches behind the rock formations to the left. Within a few minutes after this photo, the sky became significantly cloudy.
